We make money from our website with little effort
Gold Coast Business News is the region's leading independant business magazine, and when we needed a great website to complement our publications, we turned to Bloomtools because their designs are both attractive and functional.
Our website looks great and is very easy to use and search. We use an article listing solution that allows us to upload our magazine stories into an Articles Manager, where we can edit and delete them, as well as control how and where they are listed on our website. This was an ideal solution for GCBN because the software is very easy to use and reduces the time we spend on archive management.
The article management feature also allows us to add information on stories and issues, so readers can visit the website to find out more. Another interactive feature on our website is a Classifieds system that allows the GCBN team to advertise properties for sale, job vacancies and local business events and link interested people with the promoters.
We also wanted our website to generate revenue through Advertising, and Bloomtools was able to facilitate this for us. Their software allows us to manage the advertising space on our website and even track the statistics of the advertisements. This simple system means that we can make money from our site with very little effort.
