About The Role
Working with our digital marketing team, this position involves managing paid search campaigns. As we are looking for 2 people, you could be a Google Ads Specialist, or more Social Media Ad Specialist, or both. The goal is to maximise ROI and boost the overall online performance. As an SEM specialist, you will be identifying trends and insights to design powerful paid search campaigns.
Responsibilities and Duties
Create highly targeted and well-planned SEM ad campaigns. This will involve keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy development, and budget management.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager for managing the accounts of clients. This includes planning, reporting and communicating for a better outcome.
Optimise campaigns across channels and improve performance to accomplish the goals of the business.
Research and understand the target audience to create impactful display advertising campaigns.
Create monthly reports with a focus on performance, insights and opportunities.
Continuous training and upskilling sessions will be provided to help you achieve your goals.
At least 2+ years of Google Ads experience or SEM experience with proven skills in managing campaigns across multiple media platforms
Working in the past with a Digital Marketing Agency is an advantage
The ability to engage with and manage clients in an agency environment.
Technical knowledge of tracking and tags/pixels and Google Tag Manager
Strong analytical ability to identify gaps, understand opportunities through data analysis and present them to the client
Advantage to have skills in using Google Analytics and setting up goals and events (GA4)
Ability to manage campaign expenses and estimate monthly cost
Exceptional time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
