We choose to invest in a high-quality Australian hosting environment designed to provide the reliability, performance and security businesses need from their website.

Ongoing Platform Maintenance

The technology behind websites is continually changing.

We regularly maintain and update our platform to help ensure your website, its functionality and your Bloomtools website editor continue to work effectively as browsers, devices, operating systems and web technologies evolve.

Ongoing Security

Website security has become increasingly important as automated bots, malicious traffic, AI-driven activity and other online threats continue to evolve.

We continually review and improve the security surrounding the Bloomtools platform and infrastructure, implementing measures where possible to reduce risk and help protect the websites operating within our environment.

Reliable, Robust Infrastructure

Your website operates within an infrastructure designed for reliability and scalability.

Rather than relying on a single server, our hosting environment is designed to distribute website traffic and provide redundancy, helping maintain website availability and performance as traffic and demand change.

Support When You Need It

Depending on your Website Service Plan, your monthly fee may also include access to our support team.

Our base $69 + GST per month Website Service Plan includes up to 30 minutes of support each month.

You can use this time for assistance with your website, additional training, help uploading or updating content, or simply getting some guidance when you get stuck.

Some higher-level plans include additional support.  Monthly support time does not accrue from month to month.
