This association has been around for over 40 years and uses a variety of tools to manage their membership, communication, events, courses and more. To manage it all, it became very labour intensive and complicated with multiple systems, logins, nothing working together and each time they changed team members the learning curve was huge to the point where over the years, many errors were creeping in.
Security of data was at the utmost priority for the organisation, along with having a solution that was reliable and up to date - one of their biggest frustrations, was finding a partner that kept the tools up to date along with some local support to be there when they needed help.
They wanted to be innovative in what they delivered for their members, but time and technology was not making this possible.
