Google says: mobile friendly is no longer a choice but a must have
Are you already doing everything you can to enhance your rankings on Google?  As of April 21st 2015 there's one more thing you need to do.

Google will start making mobile-friendly compliance a factor for ranking websites in smartphone searching. This means making your website mobile friendly is no longer a choice, but a must have...if you want your business to be found by today's mobile dependent society.

Google states, "Starting April 21, we will be expanding our use of mobile-friendliness as a ranking signal. This change will affect mobile searches in all languages worldwide and will have a significant impact in our search results. Consequently, users will find it easier to get relevant, high quality search results that are optimized for their devices."

Google has over 200 ranking singals to determine your websites ranking, mobile optimisation is now a major one! So if you already have SEO in place for your page ranking, you now need to have your website ready for this new change in April. If you don't, your website will sit below one that is, and you will not be recognised.

This statement alone reveals how important and prominent mobile use is within our society. No statistics needed, Google says it!

Is your website ready?

Note: Not all mobile websites are created equal, as Google has strict certification rules (so everyone should test their websites)
